How do I reserve an apartment?
Please check the availability calendar. If the apartment is available for the dates you're interested in, fill out the corresponding request form. After completing the form, you'll be sent an e-mail with the account number where you can deposit or transfer the reservation fee.
Once the fee is paid, please email us a copy of your payment receipt, or provide us with the transaction number.
The reservation will then be confirmed and you'll receive an e-mail with the apartment's exact address, along with the name and contact numbers of the person who will give you the keys to the apartment in Margarita Island. At this point, the dates you requested will be reflected on the availability calendar to prevent double booking.

The unit is retained with 50% of the total value of the rent.
Where do I make the deposit or wire transfer?
